I have big shrubs of pampas grass with white plumes in the front of our yard and those things grow out of control! We have to prune them to control their growth and I sometimes cut them and place in vases. They make such stately and elegant centerpieces.
Recently, I had the idea while sprucing up the guest room to cut some of our pampas grass, spray paint them, and place them on the side table in a vase.

I always have spray paint on hand for an impromptu project…
I let the pampas grass completely dry and air out for at least a day before placing it on the side table.
Such a fun and easy way to add color to a room! xx
