I recently gave our back patio a quick refresh just in time for Memorial Day and the long weekend.
This is a peek at the before state of the patio. This is after sweeping and about to pressure wash.
I had previously painted the concrete a couple years ago and it was time for time to give it a touch up. I repainted it the above Valspar Porch, Floor and Patio concrete paint in Light Gray. I love how the color provides a lovely backdrop for the furniture pieces and accessories I added to the patio.
Now it was time for the fun part, adding furniture and accessories. Our old umbrella that we’ve had for years finally gave way and after doing some research, I bought the umbrella pictured above. I love the blue stripes and it picks up on the exterior color of our house beautifully. I also bought this base and cover for it. I love all things Marimekko and these pillows from the recent collab with West Elm are so darling!
This outdoor sectional has been getting a lot of use!

Zion is seated on this Bludot chair. I absolutely love the color!
We’re looking forward to the long weekend and as of today, the children are officially on Summer break-Yay! What are your plans for the weekend?
